Blackjack Is Like A Roller Coaster

Blackjack is a game that reminds me of a roller coaster. It’s a game that starts out slowly, but gradually picks up speed. As you build up your bank roll, you feel as though you are getting to the top of the coaster and then when you don’t expect it, the bottom drops.

Blackjack is so similar to a roller coaster the similarities are unreal. As with the popular fair experience, your blackjack game will peak and things will be going well for a time before it bottoms out yet again. Of course you have to be a blackjack player that will be able to adjust well to the ups and downs of the game simply because the game of black jack is choked full of them.

If you like the mini coaster, a coaster that will not go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way you can enjoy the ride is with a bigger wager, then jump aboard for the rollercoaster ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high stakes gambler will love the view from the monster wild ride because he/she is not thinking about the drop as they rush hastily to the top of the game.

A win goal and a loss limit works well in blackjack, but very few gamblers adhere to it. In black jack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it’s going up, that’s an awesome feeling, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster starts to flip and turn, you had better bail out in a hurry.

If you do not, you will not necessarily recount how much you enjoyed everything while your bankroll was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a cool ride and your head in the stratosphere. As you are recounting "what ifs", you won’t clearly recall how "high up" you went but you will clearly recount that devastating drop as clear as day.
